Eden Villa is in a quiet part of Rawai, in southern Phuket. Rawai Beach and the seafood market are around ten minutes away by car. A car or scooter is recommended for getting around.

What is included in the stay?
Exclusive use of the villa, private pool and gardens. Housekeeping is provided every three days, including towel replacement. Bed linen is changed every seven days. The local team is available for support 24 hours a day.
Are there any additional charges?
Electricity is charged separately at 6 THB per unit, based on meter readings. The refundable cash security deposit is 7,000 THB, or 10,000 THB for stays longer than seven days. Optional services, including massages, transfers and additional cleaning, cost extra. Please check the current booking terms on Airbnb.
What should families know about the pool?
The private pool is deep. Children need constant adult supervision around the water.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Please give the local team at least one hour’s notice of your arrival.
